Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Provided on-site IT field support across multiple Orlando Health hospitals and clinic locations in a live healthcare environment
- Configured and supported Microsoft 365 (O365) user profiles, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Managed Active Directory user accounts and security groups, assigning access based on job role and department
- Served as owner of the Field Support inventory, managing hardware lifecycle, tracking assets, and maintaining accuracy
- Led a project to organize and standardize the Field Support operations building, improving equipment accessibility and workflow efficiency
- Responsible for ordering and replenishing IT inventory, ensuring technicians had the tools and equipment needed to work efficiently
- Played a key role in the Windows 7 → Windows 10 Conversion Project, supporting enterprise-wide OS modernization
- Traveled across multiple Orlando Health locations to locate and identify legacy Windows 7 machines, document device usage, physical location, assigned user, and system profile
- Imaged, upgraded, and redeployed systems to Windows 10 with correct domain join and AD group assignments
- Maintained detailed asset documentation throughout large-scale deployment and migration initiatives
- Trained and mentored 20+ new technicians, helping standardize deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation practices
